Established in 2009 in WA, Ichijo USA is a builder of energy efficient homes. Ichijo's first project, zhome, is the country’s first production net-zero energy townhome project. Incorporating an uber-clean, contemporary design, these 10 homes will benefit from an extremely energy efficient building envelope, a 200-foot-deep geothermal system to aid heating and cooling, in-floor radiant heat, full PV solar with energy monitoring systems, FSC-certified woods, and a full complement of Energy Smart appliances. Ichijo's i-cube high quality energy efficient building envelope system is composed of preassembled structural wall panels using kiln-dried- J-Grade Lumber, our own proprietary windows, a weather barrier, and rainscreens. Ichijo USA has been building all electric net-zero energy ready homes at current projects in Oregon and Washington.
